Saurian Warrior Sketch

Just a little line sketch doodle done in art class, and over Christmas Break. This is supposed to be a dinosaur-like creature of some kind. (I kind of imagine it as a concept on how dinosaurs would evolve if humans never came along). Originally, this was going to be a picture of an alien (tried to go for a creature resembling the Covenant aliens from Halo), but instead...I got this...


Now it kind of resembles an Apatosaurus: ([link])

Here's a brief description:
It weighs about an average of 6 to 9 tons. It's capable of lifting objects more than twice its own mass. It stands at a height of about 12 feet (365.76 cm), and it is the general native species of Kailen (a fictional planet I just now made up). Also, that big combat rifle in his hand weighs almost a ton, and measures about the size of an average human being.

This was drawn during my art class, just a few weeks back. And it's also my first official piece of anthro art.
